২২। বাংলাদেশের বাহিরে অবস্থিত ভূমি—
স্থাবর সম্পত্তির সরবরাহ শূন্যহারবিশিষ্ট হইবে, যদি স্থাবর সম্পত্তি সম্পর্কিত ভূমি বাংলাদেশের বাহিরে অবস্থিত হয়।
22. Land outside Bangladesh.—
A supply of immoveable property shall be zero-rated if the land to which the immoveable property relates is outside Bangladesh.
