১৩৫। বিধি প্রণয়নের ক্ষমতা—
এই আইনের উদ্দেশ্য পূরণকল্পে এবং উহার বিধানাবলী সাপেক্ষে, বোর্ড, সরকারী গেজেটে প্রজ্ঞাপন দ্বারা, বিধি প্রণয়ন করিতে পারিবে।
135. Power to make rules.—
The Board may, for the purposes of this Act and subject to its provisions, by a notification in the official Gazette, make rules.
