১১৮। মামলা দায়েরের পূর্বানুমোদন—
কমিশনারের পূর্বানুমোদন ব্যতীত, কোন অপরাধের জন্য কোন আদালতে মামলা দায়ের করা যাইবে না।
118. Prior approval before filing a case.—
Without the prior approval of the Commissioner, no case in respect of any offence shall be filed in any court.
