২(৮০)। রপ্তানি
বিষয় বা প্রসঙ্গের পরিপন্থি কোনো কিছু না থাকিলে, এই আইনে,-
(৮০) “রপ্তানি” অর্থ বাংলাদেশের অভ্যন্তর হইতে বাংলাদেশের ভৌগোলিক সীমার বাহিরে কোনো পণ্য বা সেবার সরবরাহ এবং অভ্যন্তরীণ ব্যাক টু ব্যাক এলসির অধীন রপ্তানিমুখী শিল্পে স্থানীয়ভাবে উৎপাদিত কাঁচামাল ও অন্যান্য উপকরণ সরবরাহ ও রপ্তানি অর্থে অন্তর্ভুক্ত হইবে;

2(28A). “export” means supply of goods and services from inside to outside the geographical limits of Bangladesh and shall include supply of locally manufactured raw materials and other inputs to export oriented industry under internal back to back letter of credit;
