২(৫৮)। ফার্ম
বিষয় বা প্রসঙ্গের পরিপন্থি কোনো কিছু না থাকিলে, এই আইনে,-
(৫৮) “ফার্ম” অর্থ Partnership Act, 1932 (Act No. IX of 1932) এ সংজ্ঞায়িত কোনো ফার্ম;

2(32). "firm" has the same meaning as assigned to it in the Partnership Act, 1932 (IX of 1932);
