২(৪৯)। পণ্য
বিষয় বা প্রসঙ্গের পরিপন্থি কোনো কিছু না থাকিলে, এই আইনে,-
(৪৯) “পণ্য” অর্থ সিকিউরিটিজ ও অর্থ ব্যতীত সকল প্রকার দৃশ্যমান অস্থাবর সম্পত্তি;
