বিষয় বা প্রসঙ্গের পরিপন্থি কোনো কিছু না থাকিলে, এই আইনে,-

(৪৪) “ধারকৃত অর্থ” অর্থে ব্যাংক কোম্পানির ক্ষেত্রে জমার মাধ্যমে গৃহীত অর্থও অন্তর্ভুক্ত হইবে;
