২(৯)। আইনগত প্রতিনিধি
বিষয় বা প্রসঙ্গের পরিপন্থি কোনো কিছু না থাকিলে, এই আইনে,-
(৯) “আইনগত প্রতিনিধি” অর্থ Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (Act No. V of 1908) এর section 2 এর clause (11) এ সংজ্ঞায়িত কোনো আইনগত প্রতিনিধি;
