২(৭)। অংশীদার
বিষয় বা প্রসঙ্গের পরিপন্থি কোনো কিছু না থাকিলে, এই আইনে,-
(৭) “অংশীদার” অর্থ Partnership Act, 1932 (Act No. IX of 1932) এ সংজ্ঞায়িত অর্থে কোনো অংশীদার এবং লভ্যাংশ গ্রহণের মাধ্যমে অংশীদার হিসাবে বিবেচিত কোনো নাবালকও ইহার অন্তর্ভুক্ত হইবে;

2(43). "partner" has the same meaning as assigned to it in the Partnership Act, 1932 (IX of 1932), and includes a person who, being a minor, has been admitted to the benefits of partnership;
